This allows the bottle to transition safely from freezer to boiling water. The silicone sleeves provide a good gripping surface for little hands and help protect against the occasional drop. The glass baby bottle is completely free of potentially harmful chemicals found in many plastic bottles. The bottle can be boiled, steamed, microwaved, or cleaned in a dishwasher without deteriorating, there is no need to replace bottles regularly (unlike plastic bottles) and no fear of chemical leaching. Any standard size teat will fit on the bottle. Wide neck teats will not fit.
