The Force Blue frypans from De Buyer are perfect for searing and browning your meat and vegetables.
The pans blue colour steel comes from thermal treatment and provides the pans with the initial protection against oxidation. Once seasoned and used on a frequent basis, the pans will get darker and will become naturaly non stick.
The Force Blue Steel pans are suitable on all heat sources including Induction.
